Our Vision
To build the world’s most connected and accessible global rugby community, creating pathways and opportunities for people, businesses and organisations through rugby.
We want RMWW to become a global rugby network where a young player in South Africa can connect with an academy in New Zealand, a club in Ireland, a coach in England, a sponsor in Dubai or an investor looking to support the future of rugby.
Our vision is a world where rugby creates opportunities beyond the field.
Our Purpose
To use the power of rugby to connect people, create opportunities and build a stronger global rugby community.
This is the emotional heart of RMWW.
Because rugby isn’t just about what happens for 80 minutes on a field.
Our Mission
To connect, develop and empower the global rugby community through player pathways, international experiences, education, events, business and investment.
RMWW will achieve this by bringing together:
🏉 Players — creating pathways to develop and progress their careers.
🏆 Clubs & Academies — connecting them with talent, competitions and international opportunities.
🌍 Tours & Experiences — creating meaningful international rugby experiences.
🎓 Education — developing the next generation of rugby professionals and business leaders.
🤝 Businesses — connecting companies with the global rugby economy.
🏆 Events — creating world-class rugby competitions and experiences.
💰 Investment — connecting capital with sustainable opportunities within the rugby industry.
